How long will it take to produce my order?
We strive to get all orders out the door as quick as possible, however all of are products are hand-crafted and in order to ensure the highest quality product we keep our on-hand materials at a minimum, so we ask for 12 to 18 business days for production. From time-to-time our materials will be on back-order from our suppliers which can disrupt this our production timeframe. When this happens we will communicate the situation with your.
I am interested in building my brand through private labeling. What are my options for private labeling your products?
Providing a private label product line for any business is a great way to build your brand. We offer high quality all-natural products labeled with your brand. You can pick and choose from our wide selection of products and select the fragrance that best fits your brand.
Our base product option out-the-door contains no logo (or front) label. We provide the back label which contains the ingredient list plus your company name, phone number, location, website or email address as examples. The contact information is customizable but space is limited. This is our starting point from here you have several options for completing your branded product.
- Use the base product and design, print, and apply your own logo label after you receive your product from us. Note: some products are shipped with shrink bands which can limit where the label can be place or it will be removed when the end customer removes the shrink band.
- You can have your own designer and/or print shop design, print and ship your logo label to us. We will keep your labels on hand and apply to your product during the packaging process. For shrink-band products this means your label will be applied before the shrink band is applied. Currently we add $0.25 per item (price subject to change) to apply your label to the product before shipping.
- We can also work with you through the design and print process.
- We can take a label design from your designer and work with our printers on your behalf to print the label and ship to us to be applied.
- We can take your pre-defined logo, colors and/or fonts and layout a label design in-house and work with our printers on your behalf to print the label and ship to us to be applied.
- We can also connect you with recommended designers who can design a complete brand for you and work with our printers or your printers to complete the process.
I have my own bottles and packaging. Can I order in bulk quantities and do my own packaging?
Yes. We have several retails that go this route. We can ship most of our products in bulk containers ready for your own packaging. We can also bottle our product here in your special packaging. We can make arrangement to have your packaging sent to us. We will bottle and even label and ship your product ready for the shelf. Minimum quantities may apply. Call for pricing information.

What is your minimum order size?
Currently we do not have a minimum order size. However, in order to maximize your shipping cost we recommend ordering at least 6 cases (based on case of four (4)).
