Payments
Our products and pricing is only available for wholesalers and retails. In order to protect our customers we are not able to process any orders without a tax identification number. During the checkout process you will be required to provide your tax identification number. You will not be able to continue the checkout process without providing your tax identification number.
All payments are processed live via our secure server using Authorize.NET payment gateway. Depending on your order we may not be able to fully calculate the cost of shipping. This typically will only be the case with larger orders where our shipping vendors are not able to provide live shipping quotes or where other non-traditional vendors maybe able to provide more competitive rates. Please be aware there maybe additional shipping charges, if this is the case we will contact you for payment options before starting your order.
We are unable to start processing your order until proper payment has been authorized, therefore we are not able to accept C.O.D. orders.
Returns & Cancellations
Our products are crafted specially for you. As such we are not able to accept returns if the correct product was shipped. We will replace product or provide a in-store credit if there is a shipping error on our part, damage during shipping or some other defect in the product. Please carefully check your order before you complete the checkout process. If you do determine the correct product was not order please contact us immediately at (509) 860-1824 to adjust your order. It is important to us that you recieve the proper order.
We are unable to accept cancellations once we start processing your order. We typically start processing your order within 24 to 48 hours after the order is submitted and payment has been verified. If you need to cancel your order please contact us right away at (509) 860-1824 to determine if your order can be cancelled in whole or in part. Thank you for your understanding.
